Our nation is in serious need of leadership that will enable the American People to feel secure in our Homeland.
The Journal of the Patriots Patrol has received some mail regarding our recent story about General Colin Powell. These “Readers” expressed the belief that the General, if anything, is over qualified to be President of the United States, but that they would fully endorse him if did choose to announce his candidacy. As a result, we have been asked to actively promote this petition among our “Readers”.
We are asking each of our “Patriots” to copy this petition, sign it and email it to everyone on their email contact lists requesting them to sign it and to email it to everyone on their email contact lists, etc.
The petition below is in a format which will accommodate the signature and state of two individuals per line. You simply copy the text and paste it into a blank email. On the first available line, type your name and state. Next send it to everyone on your email contact lists requesting that they do the same.
Petition for Colin Powell Candidacy for the President of the United States
We understand that for family reasons, Colin Powell is reluctant to be President of the United States. We believe, however, that our country’s need for leadership is so great that we need a canadate with credentials such as Colin Powell. His credentials are of such quality that it is doubtful that there is another person available who could match his credentials for the presidency. We therefore believe that if Colin Powell believes in the validity of this petition, he will consider the presidency. If he still finds that he is unable to serve as President that he will endorse a substitute candidate with the promise of serving in the Administration of the President.
